Our ability to learn and adapt against risks to survival has put us at the top of the evolutionary process. No wonder even the systems we have created are tilted in favor of those willing to learn. Learning Quotient (LQ) depends upon the following:
1. Tolerance and resilience in the face of failure. Failures teach us valuable lessons on what not to do. But it requires us to survive those failures, get up dust ourselves, and use that learning. Avoiding failure keeps us safe but also doesn't help us evolve.
2. Celebrate success. Celebrating our successes creates a positive reinforcement to remember what worked and use it in the next area we venture into
3. Avoid repeat failures: Falling prey to repeating failure in the same area is an indication that we are not learning the lesson the experience has to offer
