I am a communications specialist and creative brand and copy writer with more than 10 years of experience. My biggest passion so far has been to use my skills to tell stories that effectively capture the spirit and sensibilities of an organization or brand. Alongside this, I have also extensively trained in various arts, body, and psyche based practices to be able to establish therapeutic and transformative benefits for individuals and groups. I have worked as an expressive arts-based therapist as well as a facilitator through workshops, group, and individual processes. Going forward, my hope is to be able to offer solutions that creatively approach organizational, group, and personal problems. I am a firm believer of "trust the process" and bring the essence of that message into all that I do.
